Auschwitz did not come from nowhere. Auschwitz was the culmination of the specific socio-political processes. Understanding what Auschwitz was, requires something more than just a visit to the site of destruction. Our proposal includes a series of lectures elaborating on a number of issues related to the ideology of Nazism and the functioning of the system of concentration camps.
